Amanda Beard Drill: Breaststroke with butterfly kick, after extension forward, one breaststroke kick into recovery before next pull.

Triple Threat: 3 strokes underwater BR, 1 stroke normal to breath. 3 strokes underwater BR pull (NO KICK), 1 stroke up to breath. This drill is an extension of 2under, 2up drill. Advanced Breaststrokers are about 1 cycle per lap. 

Circle Fist drill: Fist BR with FR kicks. Using forearms for lift, recommends 15 strokes closed fist, open hand to wall.
