Zone All-Star Developmental Meet

Hi all,

Just wanted to let everyone know that the upcoming Zone 2 championships meet on January 25th and 26th is still open! This is a championship meet (minimum entry time "B" for events) that allows swimmers to fight for a spot on the Zone All-Star Team.

Zone All-Star's is a team of 8 of the fastest Z2 swimmers per age group (that have not yet previously competed on a Zone Team) that will travel on March 1-2 to compete against Pacific Swimming's 4 other zones (Z1 north, Z1 south, Z2, Z3, and Z4). This is a great opportunity for younger swimmers to experience what it's like to go to a travel meet and to compete with athletes they don't already know.

Unlike other Western or Pacific Zone meets, the Zone All-Star Championships is incredibly affordable, at $20 (8/Under) or $35 (9/Up). This covers not just the bus ride, room, food, & snacks, but also their Zone All-Star swim cap and a Z2 hoodie.
